Yes — every watch comes with a two-year warranty covering the movement against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, see Returns & Refunds for how to arrange a repair or replacement.
All leather goods are made from genuine full-grain or vegetable-tanned leather. The exact type is stated on each product page.
Each product page lists the case diameter, strap length and available ring sizes. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us and we will help you pick.
Water resistance varies by model and is shown on the product page (for example 3 ATM, 5 ATM or 10 ATM). Unless a watch is rated 10 ATM or higher, we recommend keeping it away from showers and swimming.
Keep leather away from prolonged moisture and direct heat, and treat it occasionally with a suitable leather conditioner. With a little care, full-grain leather develops a beautiful patina over time.

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. If you have not received it within two working days, please contact us.
Yes — unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. The full process is on our Returns & Refunds page.
