Shipping & Delivery

We pack every order carefully and ship with trusted couriers. Below you will find the options, costs and times so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Where we ship

We deliver throughout Lithuania, across the European Union and to selected countries worldwide. Available options are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

2. Delivery options and costs

At checkout you can choose courier delivery to your address or delivery to a parcel locker / pickup point. Standard delivery within Lithuania is a flat €3.90, and pickup-point delivery is €2.50. EU and international rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

3. Free delivery

Orders over €75 shipped within Lithuania qualify for free standard delivery. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

4. Order processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. You will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse.

5. Estimated delivery times

Typical times after dispatch are: Lithuania 2–4 working days; other EU countries 4–8 working days; rest of the world 7–14 working days. These are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

6. Tracking your order

Every shipment includes tracking. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If it has not arrived in the expected time, please contact us.

7. Failed or missed deliveries

If a courier cannot deliver, they will usually leave a note and reattempt or hold the parcel at a nearby point. Parcels not collected in time may be returned to us; we will then contact you to arrange redelivery.

8. Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

9. Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us straight away — see our Returns & Refunds page. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
