Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Example Accessories, Gedimino pr. 1, Vilnius, Lithuania. You can reach us at hello@example.com or via our Contact page.

2. Ordering

When you place an order you receive an automatic acknowledgement; this confirms we have received it but does not yet form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order-confirmation email stating that the goods have been dispatched. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or priced in error.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We take reasonable care that prices are correct, but if we discover a pricing error we will contact you before dispatching. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

4. Availability and substitutions

All items are subject to availability. Occasionally an item may sell out after you order; if so we will offer you an alternative or a full refund. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel or return an order under the conditions described on our Returns & Refunds page, including the 14-day right to cancel. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Warranty

Watches carry a two-year warranty covering the movement against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident or normal wear such as scratches and worn straps.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our suppliers and is protected by law. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us, but we do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We may update them from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
