Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, returning it is simple. Please read the conditions below so your return goes smoothly.
1. Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason, for a full refund of the item price. You do not need to give a reason.
2. Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags, protective films and the watch box or dust bag included. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.
3. Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the seal is opened. Personalised or engraved items made to your specification are also non-returnable, unless they are faulty.
4. How to start a return
Email us at returns@example.com or use our Contact page with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
5. Return shipping costs
You cover the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, we cover the return cost — see the faulty items section below.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed; the time it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us right away. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, and watches additionally carry a two-year movement warranty. See our FAQ for warranty details.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, colour or model is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you would like help, just contact us.
